Truly disappointed

What a joke. I asked the representative on the phone(call was recorded) if the premium was the same as what I had on my windows computer. She said it was and would work the same on my iPhone (total of 3) and iPad (total of 2). Thought it was great to have virus protection on the pads as I do a lot of work for grad school on them as well as the computer. Guess what, all it does is back up my contacts and lets me locate my phone. Duh, Apple already does that with their own system. My contacts are already backed up in my Dropbox. Why have this for the Apple products when it does not do what I want it to do. Going to try to see about credit as I signed up for two years of BS for Apple products, but a great product for my Windows computer.

One star for my Windows laptop, but no stars for Apple product coverage.
