I want my money back from these liars!

What happened to all the features advertised online which is where I ordered from? Once paid for and downloaded I see only two of the advertised features. I feel lied to and ripped off. Where are all of these? Price was $29.99 but discounted to $9.99 first year with auto renewal at full price. BS!!
