Norton Mobile Security App Reviews

Norton advertises this as device protection from viruses, spyware, malware, etc. It specifically lists and lies that it protects iOS devices for these aspects of security. Those are lies.

I feel sorry for myself for not reading the review first!! I got the Norton Premium because of the mobile protection and only to realize later it was a scam and misleading. There is nothing good and unique about this apps.

Trust the reviews. This app is useless and a major disappointment coming from Norton. I will cancel and never be taken again

Advertised as protection for ios devices: IT DOESNT. Only does stuff like find. Never again Symantec. My real evaluation is 0 stars but the rating system requires at least 1 star.

Norton deliberately posted a misleading advertisement making it appear as though Norton Security offered antivirus and security for your mobile devices. This is not the case. Shame on Norton. This is disgusting and low handed business dealings with your customers.

Very limited functionality. Not worth adding to your subscription.

Really, this is fraud. I paid $30 for mobile security and this is your download? Cant say what I really think, I thought Norton was better than this.

Does nothing to protect your mobile devices! Tells you it does when you go to buy..."protect up to 5 devices". All the mobile app for IPhone or my IPad does is give you a backup option and find device option! Arent they a security program?

Norton to me stands for protection against malicious software - this app does not provide that. It provides on-line backup and find lost iPhone, which Apple already provides for free. Deeply disappointed

Same story as others - just read the reviews and dont waste your time. I too was misled by the false advertising. Norton is now a foul word in my mind for ripping me off.

Loyal customers beware. Another scam under the misleading ads. Knew I should of renewed with a different vendor. Now locked in for two years. P.s. Make sure u shut off ur auto renewal. A loyal customer since the 90s. Jim

I cant believe this. I read on the Norton website that the service I was buying scans for viruses on the mobile device. Low and behold, all it does is offer backups for my contacts and a phone location...

Money for nothing ...

I subscribed for two years. I could have saved a lot of money if I had just read the reviews. There is no malware support for iPhones and iPads. The only indication on the website was a note that stated some features only worked on Androids.

Just what the world needs - another redundant, worthless piece of crap software. I obtained this crap through my Norton Anti-Virus software on my laptop. No where did it indicate it was only a redundant piece of location software and not an anti-virus app. Thankfully, it was also very easy to delete.

The iPhone doesnt need security. The reason is that IOS has a very strict policy for developers to follow to make iOS apps. This way your more secure on your iPhone because they cant get to be an iPhone app until theyre approved by iOS. I believe thats why they cost so much more than other laptops and other computers running iOS.

I bought this thinking I was getting the same protection that I get on my Mac! That is how it was advertised by Norton! I am really upset that I wasted time and money on this...buyer beware!

This software is a big letdown. It provides very little on the basis of security! I am disappointed.

Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. I thought Norton was reputable. So slimy.
