Id give this a negative rating if I could. The promised included virus protection for iPhone & iPad is non-existent. See ya, Norton. I have better thing to do with my money & I wont be renewing my subscription.

What happened to all the features advertised online which is where I ordered from? Once paid for and downloaded I see only two of the advertised features. I feel lied to and ripped off. Where are all of these? Price was $29.99 but discounted to $9.99 first year with auto renewal at full price. BS!! I thought I was getting phone protection on my phone not just ( a find my phone ) I already have that with this phone. Disappointing Norton, Truly Disappointing Norton.

Norton/Symantec advertised this product to protect mobile devices from viruses and malware, but what it really does is that it only locates your devices, a function already available in iOS.

This app is nothing more than a backup of your address book. Other than that it is useless. It does nothing regarding "security".

Im annoyed that I am required to even give this a star. Norton SWINDLED us iOS users to purchase a product that Apple already does. Norton only providing theft & loss services for iPhones. Cmon you have to be kidding me, we already have Find My iPhone! The rep on the 800 line Ive spoken w/ previously before purchasing this misleading product was kinda all over the place with words when I asked a simple question "Does this product provide antivirus & identity protection for iPhones & iPads "? I shld of known .. I just assumed she didnt really know her products well. Now I know they are trained to play world semantics #smh

At least if you only have Apple products. You will NOT get the antivirus service, you will only get the same services that Apple provides through iCould.

I purchased Norton Internet security for multiple devices, mainly so I could add our iPads. There is no virus protection or scanning!! Just a locator and back- up which I already have through the iCloud. How can they advertise multi- device protection? This is not protection!! I a rethinking what security I am going to purchase after Norton expires. I do not even want to give it one star, but have no choice.

Doesnt protect the iPhone for any viruses.

What does this do? There are two operations of the app and apple already has them built in to their software. The iOS compatibility as a selling point is a bit misleading as its just superfluous. Dont waste the space on your device not the license.
