This program is Junk. Do not download it wil lock up your phone and you have to keep turning it on.

Okay so I have a premium 2 year subscription for norton, and I only have 1 device using norton. (Which is my laptop) And its not letting me use my iPhone . Its pretty frustrating. I did everything I could verifying my email and cellphone number. It was a total waste of time. If I could rate it -5 stars I would.

I also am having trouble downloading Norton onto my IPAD. We have coverage for up three devices and only have it on our laptop. I have tried getting help by phone and online, but was not successful. It will not accept the email and password I provide or wants a partner code, I dont know where to find. I would also rate this experience as frustrating and as a -5!!! Lynne

Norton has always did a fairly good job finding smaller viruses on my computer like tracking cookies and the occasional adware and I never had anything to complain about. But when I downloaded this app, you let me down Norton. This app says I need a subscription and if I get passed that, it says "No license." Im disappointed...

Could not set it up, a waste of time-10 out of 5 stars

Works great. Follow the instructions "to the letter" and you will have no problems.

This app is just pure crap. Just to find a iPhone you need to buy an subscription to Norton.

Works like a charm and very reasonably priced subscription for multiple devices.

Tried to "use" the service after update applied. Message indicating I may need to sign in to account came up with a continue button. Hit button and received a server error! Tried a few times and that server error remains. Given I can write this review I know I am online. So Norton/Symantec where is your server or does your app need a "better" update????

The only problem is that every time I update the app I have to log in the Norton account otherwise the app on the phone is useless, please fix that problem

This is iCloud backup and find your phone. Nothing more. Waist of money. Implies it protects your phone. Nope

Whats the point of this? It is advertised as a virus protection app but it is only just a find your phone and back up app. Nothing different than what Apple provides

Hi guys, This is just a cloud backup and lost phone finder. This is not an antivirus. Norton you are just making people fool. Dont say it Mobile security antivirus app.

I bought the Norton premier antivirus which implies that I can protect 10 devices, including computer and mobile devices. So you think as part of the package you get an antivirus for your phone and iPad. But when go through the installation process, you find out that it is only a find my phone and iCloud backup of contacts, both of which are already on your phone for free from Apple. It is a rip off.

旧Norton ghostの機能しかない。ウイルススキャン出来ないのならば、使う意味もない。
