Norton Mobile Security App Reviews

Shame, shame, shame on Norton! I bought this product specifically because Norton billed it as "protects your other devices, tablets, phones, etc." But, truth is... This is a flat out lie! All it will do for your iPad is what Apple already does. SHAME ON NORTON! I wont be renewing my subscription on general principle! I take personal offense to being swindled!

For a company the size and reputation of Symantec, this beneath you. The advertising of this product reflects nothing in reality to what you get. Essentially what they have done is repackage zapped offering of find my iPhone and backup. I want my money back.

Total ripoff for Norton to advertise an iOS app when it does absolutely nothing in the way if Security Like the name advertises. Having used Norton for many many years I didnt think I would have to read the reviews and am sure everyone else who bought did the same. Youre better off buying a diesel Volkswagen. Sure, they lie and cheat too, but at least they were delivering a good product.

I thought I was buying a security suite and received a phone finder and backup tool. I want my money back.

What a deceptive RIP OFF! I specifically bought this so I could have protection while browsing the Internet on my phone. That is NOT what they sold me.I dont need an app that will help me find my phone if its lost. SHAME ON YOU NORTON!!!

Totally deceiving! Why is this just a lost phone finder and contacts backup!? Isnt the whole point of Norton is providing antivirus detection & firewall protection?!

Purchased the Premium package today and was totally mislead by he salesman. There is no real protection for my iPhone or iPad. It just backs up my contacts, and helps find my devices. I told he salesman Apple can do that but he alluded that there was much more to the program. This is misinformation. Trying not to get my money back!

My subscription to Norton Internet Security was about to expire, so I decided to go to Norton Security Premium because of its mobile features. What mobile features? Many other reviewers have told of the shortcomings so I wont repeat them. I was considering going to a free antivirus, and now Im sorry I didnt. After having used Norton products since the early 80s - when the software was actually written by Peter Norton - it made me profoundly sad to see this completely awful product.

Definitely mislead me too. Clearly gives you the impression that you will have virus protection on mobile devices. No! Thats a lie!

Do not buy Norton for an i device it is a worthless.

needs to have all the same features as on the Google Play Store, like the antivirus scan, as well as the new update with the number blocker, as well as the check with the all the apps are safe

Doesnt even deserve one star. How dare Norton say this protects my mobile device. What a rip off. It is a good thing that I did not buy my Internet security subscription because I really wanted to protect my phone or other mobile device. No virus protection thats what mobile security really is about.

Wow! I should have read the reviews before I purchased the product. Already have Find My iPhone app and Norton doesnt provide anymore than that. I was looking for virus protection and safe scans for apps. I could have saved $20-30 and bought the protection for my computers without buying the 10 devices to cover my multiple iPhones and iPad.

No need to repeat what everyone has said. After I found out the product is not what it was advertised to be, I contacted Symantec and was told Apples to blame. I get that, but then stop marketing the product as something that it isnt! Just today I received another email reminding me to protect all my devices. It included a link to instructions on how to protect my iOS devices!

I feel completely ripped off. Paid over $60.00 to have 10 devices kept secure with Norton. This mobile security app does almost nothing. Ive been a loyal Norton customer for as many years as I can remember...this will be my last! Dont get sucked in. Buy a different Internet Security System. SHAME ON YOU NORTON!!

I can only concur with the others. I have never before felt misled by Norton and I have used Norton products since the 386 days. Looks like it is time to look elsewhere when my new premium subscription expires. The mobile "coverage" is a complete joke. Could have saved money with the five device subscription.
